Course booking conditions

These conditions apply to bookings of Auditena live courses and complement the Terms of Service. Provider: Erick Oziel Hernández Díaz, Lichtburgring 18, 13355 Berlin, Germany (legal notice).
1. Booking and payment
- The contract is concluded when you complete payment and receive our confirmation by email.
- The price shown on the course page and the payment page is the final price: it includes any applicable taxes and no additional charges are added.
- You receive the payment receipt by email. If you need an invoice (for example, in your company's name), request it at info@auditena.com.
- Payment is made in advance by card, PayPal or other methods offered on the payment page or, for companies, by bank transfer against invoice.
2. What the course includes
- The live sessions on the dates and times published for each edition, via Microsoft Teams or Zoom (we state the platform when confirming your booking). Sessions may be on consecutive or separate days, depending on the edition.
- Access to the session recordings and course materials in the members' area for 1 year from the edition's last session.
- The certificate of completion, where stated on the course page.
Sessions are recorded. You can take part without camera or microphone; details are in the privacy policy. Access is personal and may not be shared.
3. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you book as a consumer (that is, not for your business or professional activity), you have the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Erick Oziel Hernández Díaz, Lichtburgring 18, 13355 Berlin, Germany, email: info@auditena.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service, if we only began performance after you gave your express consent and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.

4. Cancellation by you
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal:
- Up to 14 days before the course starts you can cancel free of charge and we refund the full amount.
- With less than 14 days' notice there is no refund, but you can, at no cost, transfer your place to another person (send us their name and email before the start) or move once to the next edition of the same course.
- Once the course has started there is no refund; you keep access to the recordings and materials for the stated period. This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal in section 3.

5. Cancellation or changes by us
- We may cancel an edition with fewer than 5 participants, notifying you at the latest 7 days before it starts. You then choose between a full refund and moving to another edition.
- If a session cannot take place because the instructor is ill or for another unforeseen reason, we reschedule it and let you know as soon as possible. If no new date can be offered, we refund the proportional part of the price.
- Minor changes that do not affect the essential content of the course (for example, the video conference platform) do not entitle you to cancel.
6. Companies
If you book for your company or professional activity, the right of withdrawal in section 3 does not apply; everything else applies equally. If you need an invoice in your company's name, let us know when booking.
